Not too busy, and bathrooms were clean. Food on other hand was not good. Fries wasn't even luke warm nor was the spicy chicken sandwich. That is if you want to call a flat piece of chicken a chicken sandwich. Double cheeseburger when received you wouldn't think it was a double it was so flat and squished. But at least I was able to eat it, wasn't hot but warm enough to handle eating. Don't even get me started on the crappy slapped down on table no smile not thank you but here service. Will not stop by this place to eat again even if my stomach could eat itself it's so hungry.
This experience was painfully slow. It took us almost 30 minutes to order and receive a simple promotional combo meal. It looked like every person in there was lost. I watched them screw up order after order, and give away half the food for free. I don't blame the poor clueless employees, but the franchisee/corporate, or management. I always avoid this place because they notoriously don't move the drive in line. They need to hire some decent people and maybe pay a little extra.....they would save on wasted food to compensate. The meal box when we finally received it was covered in grease on the outside, and the fries were undercooked and tasted of oil that long expired. I hope they get this under control soon.
Yes you do need an awning over where you place your order. Drive thru is convenience for people who are in a hurry and don't have time to get a biscuit and sit down inside. Please put up a sign that says "if you order more than 10000 biscuits at the drive thru. Please come inside". Please don't make me wait 30 minutes on my 2 biscuits that have more butter on it than the local milk cow can produce.And before you say it. I can't go anywhere else to get a biscuit because you are all we have.
The food was cold, service was not friendly at all & the place was nasty. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this place needs a bad review.
Little to much condiments (mayo) on burger. Counter person,young man nice but little slow. Food good.
