Doesn't matter what the package is, they always leave a pink slip and then refuse to give it to me when I come to pick it up. Now I have tracked my package online and they said they couldn't deliver it and claimed they left a notice in the mail, but they didn't! Tried calling, no answer. Can't even reschedule it so if I dont manage to get to them to get my package by the 27th, they'll return it to the seller and Illbe out $200!

I was supposed to get shoes in the mail and they would not deliver them because there wasn't enough room in the mailbox and they wouldn't put it on the porch! So I've had an aweful experience with their drivers! What is the point of paying for shipping if you don't get the item shipped to you?
